As for the car seat thing, if you&#039;re going to be a new parent, at least in California, the Highway Patrol has a service that will help you install your car seat in your car the proper way and they will go through it with you and check to make sure it is OK. Call your local Highway Patrol office to find out (this may work in other states, too, I don&#039;t know.)</description>
