		<description>be prepared to either miss most of your kids events or alot of work on very short notice which your employer will eventually punish you for.  rarely do schools schedule anything after work.
if you &amp; your husband are careful + fortunate, you can trade off who gets to attend what.

		<description>As a child, I remember my activities being held in the evenings and weekends, but my nieces, who are in grade school now, have most of their events during the day. My sister is a single mom, and can&#039;t always get those days off.

I worry that even if one of us can work from home or stay at home while raising our future kids, only that parent will get to experience all of the child&#039;s school events. It&#039;s kind of depressing!</description>
