		<description>Never had a Gameboy go in the washing machine, but my youngest son&#039;s cell phone did...and dryer too! It still worked, although the screen didn&#039;t fair quite as well.

I just stumbled onto this site and love all the info! I&#039;m a single mom of 3 young men and we have definitely had our adventures!! I love it!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m happy to hear that the games are waterproof, unfortunately we&#039;ve learned from experience that the actual system is not.  My son, unwilling to but the gameboy down for even a second, attempted to take it to the bathroom with him and ended up dropping it in the toilet.  We tried to disinfect it and dry it out, but it never worked the same again.</description>
