In case you’re trying to decide whether or not to get a Nintendo Wii, check out this guy, who lost nine pounds in six weeks by playing Wii Sports for 30 minutes per day. A few other stats: his body mass index (BMI) dropped form 25.2 to 24.0, his waist dropped from 34.5″ to 31″, and he learned that the Boxing game burns by far the most calories. But don’t delude yourself into thinking it’s all just fun and games… Here’s what he had to say about the amount of effort he put into it: “I feel like a played Wii Sports everyday for 6 weeks in a semi-aggressive way. I moved my feet, I used full body motion, and I swung my arms to mimic the real thing. If you just stand there and make small moves or sit on the couch and play, I don’t think you’ll much if any results regarding exercise.”
