Hats off to you! I have 4 boys as well, and I don't think our bedtimes go as smoothly as yours. The worst times was when each one learned how to jump out of his crib -- the feet hit the floor, and they were like kids in the candy store, running up and down the hall, turning off and on the lights -- shew! I've resorted to guided imagery and relaxation CDs for kids-- and they help quite a bit. Maybe they help me more!!
