Back to School

Written by mom - 2 Comments

After a two and a half week holiday break, our two oldest kids started back to school today. Thank God. Don’t get me wrong, I love ‘em to death. But they sure have been getting on each other’s (and my) nerves. Too much togetherness and not enough structure, I guess. On top of everything else, we got new frames for our three year old’s glasses today and they ended up getting bent (again) before we even got out of the parking lot. Turns out he called his five year old brother a fart face as they were getting into the car, and he got kicked in the face in return. Grrrr. The good news is that the optician was able to fix the frames, and we were on our way. The only real drawback to school starting back up is that preschool doesn’t resume until next week.
